Water leakage in bathroom needs immediate attention!!! The cramped bathroom space makes it hard to maneuver!!! It's quite distant from the Haram, which could be inconvenient for many travelers!!!

the staff there are super friendly, especially Othman and Bader, they really tried to help us out. the place was cleaned often which was a big plus. i liked that the family suite was spacious and comfy for our stay. also, the efficient check-in made getting settled super easy.

the shower door in room 304 had no handles, which made it tough to use, and we had a broken seat in the bathroom.

The upper floor double room was clean and spacious. Loved the air conditioning and the flat-screen TV. I spent some time in the steam room and got a foot massage, which felt amazing after long days. Just keep in mind, the Wi-Fi was a bit hit or miss, but it didn't spoil anything.
